On Friday 19th of January 2024 Simon Prophet delivered by hand the letter below referenced 19/01/24 to Lwethu Yoli of the South African Human Rights Commission.

Simon Prophet also handed over to Lwethu Yoli a copy of the same questionnaire book which was presented to the Judicial Service Commission with a request for someone from the South African Human Rights Commission to please also read and fill in the questionnaire book.

In the above YouTube video, according to Kenny Kunene, the Deputy President of the Patriotic Alliance, the South African Human Rights Commission tried to defend a Nigerian woman who "allegedly" committed fraud, criminality and identity theft.

On Tuesday 3rd of September 2024, Simon Prophet was at the Cape Town office of the South African Human Rights Commission to collect his questionnaire book when he was informed that the South African Human Rights Commission was not going to answer any of the questions in the booklet and the book was handed back to Simon Prophet empty with none of the questions answered.

So now this stands as evidence to prove that the South African Human Rights Commission has refused to consider the alleged human rights violations against Simon Prophet.

By refusing to engage with the questionnaire book, the South African Human Rights Commission has also acted in a way that can be considered to be criminal in that it has essentially deliberately acted to conceal alleged criminality and thereby is partly aiding and abetting a drug policeman who "allegedly" committed perjury in 2 different Cape Town High Court affidavits that played a crucial role in destroying the life of a law abiding citizen?

By refusing to engage with the questionnaire book, the South African Human Rights Commission has also acted in a way that can be considered to be criminal in that it has essentially deliberately acted to conceal alleged criminality and thereby is partly aiding and abetting a judge who also "allegedly" lied about this good citizen and then "allegedly" tortured the citizen under an umbrella of "suspicion"?

By refusing to engage with the questionnaire book, the South African Human Rights Commission has also acted in a way that can be considered to be criminal in that it has essentially deliberately acted to conceal alleged criminality and thereby is partly aiding and abetting the National Director of Public Prosecutions from having "allegedly" tortured Simon Prophet casting his dignity to the gutter and "allegedly" engineered the cruel theft of his businesses and his properties?

Maybe the South African Human Rights Commission is going to tell us that torture and theft by government is outside the jurisdiction of the South African Human Rights Commission?

For the South African Human Rights Commission to evade these questions being put directly to the organization as is factually evident from the above, then this needs to be investigated because the South African Human Rights Commission are being paid substantial salaries for the express purpose of monitoring human rights in South Africa.

Simon Prophet sent his letter to the South African Human Rights Commission on the 19th of January 2024 and it took more than 8 months for the South African Human Rights Commission to do nothing.

No explanation for failing to complete the questionnaire book was forthcoming from the South African Human Rights Commission.

What we have here is a confession of incompetence that could be interpreted as criminal incompetence.

Who at the South African Human Rights Commission are being paid to do nothing?
