Above is the letter from the bank basically forcing me to pay for a property that did not belong to me or face the penalty of being black listed.

 

 

The above bank records show me paying off the bond for a property of which I had been deprived and that after I had been evicted. I did not know Chad Hodge from a bar of soap and yet for more than six years from 2001 until 2008 then I was being forced to pay approximately R180 000 for the bond on the property for which Chad Hodge had signed for in 2003.

 

 

The National Director of Public Prosecutions lied to the police to say that I had made threats in the newspaper that I was going to shoot anyone who tried to evict me from the property. When I discovered how the National Director of Public Prosecutions had lied in this way then I should have brought an immediate civil action but what could I do standing in the road with nowhere to go and no money? Just the clothes on my back after the National Director of Public Prosecutions had, on the same day, also deprived me of my cars?
