Hofmeyr has not prevented Tik drug crimes. Statistics prove that it was Hofmeyr and the forfeiture of 54 Balfour Street that promoted the methamphetamine ("Tik") drug craze that has swept the country. When children are kicked into the street and made homeless because of unconfirmed allegations against their parents then we are in trouble.
