Smiling faces; they do lie.    Civil forfeiture is Against the law                 

When children are kicked into the street and made homeless because of unconfirmed allegations against their parents then we are in trouble. Hofmeyr must be stopped before he leads South Africa into a civil war.

Hofmeyr has not prevented Tik drug crimes. Statistics prove that it was Hofmeyr and the forfeiture of 54 Balfour Street that promoted the methamphetamine ("Tik") drug craze that has swept the country.

Section 25(1) of the Constitution is clear:
